Gift Certificate Help
Both our full priced and discount gift certificates are managed by our partner InstaGift.com. We have several requests that come up frequently regarding our service. The list below explains what you need to do if you have one of our common support requests.
- I need an extension on my gift certificate – Due to their heavily discounted nature, gift certificates expire six months from purchase. If you have a gift certificate that is expired, we can usually extend it under most circumstances. For a certificate extension, please send an email to email@example.com. Please include the certificate number and the name of the restaurant.
- I need a refund for a restaurant that has closed – We can issue a refund to your credit card if you have a unexpired certificate for a restaurant that closes. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and please include the certificate number and the name of the restaurant you need refunded.
- I always miss out on the discount sale – Our discount gift certificate sales occur every three months. Many of the restaurants sell out very quickly. Please join our mailing list to make sure that you are always notified. Email alerts are sent out to our entire list the day before the sale. For best results, plan on being online between 6:30-7:00 am on the posted sale date.
- I’m not sure if I used my gift certificate. Can you check? – All of our restaurants keep track of certificate redemptions. If you still have a link to your certificate and you aren’t sure if you have used it, please contact the restaurant. They can check to see if your number has been redeemed.
