Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
pumpkinseed oil, toasted pumpkin seeds
 
Winter Salad
 Greens, radicchio, endive, escarol, and Napa cabbage, tossed with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette,
garnished with dried fruits and sugared  walnuts.
 
Smoked Turkey & Wild Rice Croquettes
Served with sage cream sauce.
 
Entree
Trio $30.00
Beef tenderloin medallion on parmesan potato cake with shitake mushroom sauce, pork tenderloin medallion on apple cherry kraut with raspberry barbeque sauce, and breaded duck breast medallion on roasted garlic & turnip puree.
 
Lamb Shank  $27.50
Slowly braised with root vegetables till fall off the bone tender in Wollersheim Domaine du Sac red wine,
served with pan juices, and garlic mashed potatoes.
 
Trout  $25.00
Boneless rainbow trout filet baked with a smoked trout crust on kale sautéed with black walnuts,
dried cranberries, apple cider and balsamic vinegar, with parmesan potato.

Maple Caramel Steamed Pudding
Served with vanilla cream sauce and pecan toffee crunch.
 
Apple Cranberry Crisp
Baked fresh with an oatmeal crumb crust, with vanilla ice cream.
 
Chocolate Almond Tart
Dense dark chocolate fudge over almond crust, topped with vanilla whipped cream.

USDA Prime Sirloin steak with Shitake mushroom sauce,  and our grilled pork shank lollipop
with tangy barbeque sauce, served with baby red  potatoes smashed with garlic butter, 
cream, and fresh herbs.
 
Wisconsin Fish Sampler
Beer battered whitefish, pretzel crusted lake perch, and baked rainbow trout, 
served with our parmesan potato.
 
Chicken Schnitzel
Boneless breast, marinated in buttermilk and dredged in seasoned flour,
served with spaetzle baked in Green County Swiss Cheese Sauce .

Our signature dessert with caramel, pecans, and chocolate Bavarian cream

Baked fresh with an oatmeal crumb crust, with vanilla ice cream.
