Associate Member Application
Madison Originals is a member driven organization and active participation is encouraged by each individual member.
Please complete the form for associate membership consideration. Upon completing the form, click the “Submit” button. All membership applications are subject to approval by the Madison Originals Board of Directors and must meet current membership guidelines.
Associate Membership Description:
- Associate memberships are available to vendors, consultants, media and educators. Associate members must be local businesses not connected to a national chain
- Includes listing as an associate member on the Madison Originals website with a link.
- Social media announcements are posted soon after joining, periodically throughout the year, and as requested by associate member on Madison Originals Facebook and Twitter pages, and in Madison Originals eNewsletter.
- Members are invited to attend quarterly member meetings, actively participate on Madison Originals Committees.
- Associate members are given the opportunity to sponsor and participate in some Madison Originals events and programs.
- Associate members are given the opportunity to introduce their business to Madison Originals members at a quarterly meeting.
- Annual Dues: $400
